Was going to but have to be somewhere else in an hour. Mind you Brid Town's chairman won't be there either as he is watching FC.
Easy enough to get a taxi there, have a few drinks and back home sometime later. Though my lad was going to pick me up as he is taking grandson so it would only have been a one way taxi journey required. Queensgate is a better place for getting a beer than the KC. You going along to show your support for the regime and to counteract the negativity of those who fail to see how wonderful our owhers are.
http://www.express.co.uk/life-style/food/833844/aldi-uk-gin-10-supermarket-best-in-world My local Aldi is near Morrison's. They are selling Cornish Rattler cider at 3 bottles for £5. Got a taste for it a couple of months ago in Somerset of all places. Happy days.
True story.....when I was about 16 my mates dad worked in the oil industry so was always away. We threw a big party and ran out of booze so the substantial spirits cupboard got raided. I was outside in the garden and someone came out with glasses of drink. I took a big gulp and spat it out. The drinks turned out to be gin mixed with someone's warm piss. I have never tried gin since.
Any news on scorers for the City U23s at Brid, amongst these somewhat bizarre reminisciences and supermarket recommendations?
Robbie McKenzie, Josh Thacker and (MOM) Brandon Fleming, he is fast. Jake Day (2) for Town, he also just missed out with a header in 2nd half.
