Fulham are tracking Tigers boss Steve Bruce – as a potential replacement for Kit Symons – according to today's Sun. The Cottagers have ambitions to return to the Premier League, but have been hampered by erratic results. Last season was their first back in the Championship and saw them dump Felix Magath after a shocking start. Results have improved under Symons, but the Sun says more is expected – and Bruce could be the man to restore top-flight status should Symons falter. Readers with good memories will no doubt be experiencing a strong sense of deja vu. It is only last February that Bruce was tipped to be on his way to Craven Cottage, supposedly tempted by a bumper £3m-a-year pay deal, rising to £4m in the Premier League. At the time, Bruce, was quick to dismiss the claims as "rubbish journalism". http://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/Hull...tory-27961995-detail/story.html#ixzz3oFxCmNUx
They could afford it, no problem there, but if Brucey wasn't going to go last season, he isn't going to go now.
PROBABLY NONSENSE ? ffs, it bloody well is nonsense. However chief wummer, Mr "Mad" Hat will be on suicide watch if it does not happen.
