    Looks like perfect batter to me. Just like you'd get in Brid. Cooked in beef tallow, not oil. Perfect scraps too if you like 'em.

    Interesting. So you'd put it down to the beef fat then?

    Does that 'style' have a name? It's clearly different to other batter types you see.
