After the shambles of last Saturday what happened Tuesday at Sixfields I for one didn't see that one coming so now we head to Kenilworth Road to face the second in the table Hatters for an all ticket encounter with both teams needing a win for different reasons the Hatters could go top with a win while if the results go against us we could go bottom. With all the injury list getting longer and longer and no sign of any returning soon Gaz had a busy deadline day bringing in a midfield general and a flying winger I hope ! and the major coup of keeping Pierre at the club and I expect all three to start. This was a game I was targeting going to but I can't make it due to family commitments and after last Saturday I was thinking we may get hammered but after two good days in midweek I'm hopeful we can at least come away with a point
Hmmm. Might have been a bit hasty with my Luton bet. If Wycombe play like they did on Tuesday, who knows what might happen. As long as the boo boys keep away there could be 3 unexpected points here. However I shall remain pessimistic as it seems to work Good to see we have an excellent goalie.
Show some balls Howard and sack the ****ing useless manager 1 league win in 13 now and portsmouth away next to make it 14.
Can't agree with that, not yet anyway, give him till Christmas. By which time hopefully we will have a few more fit players and be comfortable in mid table. Either that or pick himself.
Agree with Cardiff 2 goals in the last two minutes made it look worse, if the game had ended in the 87th I would have said not a bad result. The problem is though is trying to turn round a bad start is very difficult in football
I'm sure they could have gone on the defensive and lost 2-1, a perfectly respectable score against a potential league 1 side, but they would have got criticised for that. Bloody hell, we beat a League 1 side 3-0 on Tuesday. Surely that gives some hope. And that was with some key players missing.
Give him timer? We have been **** since the start of 2016 hence the 1 win in 13 league games. Ron a win in a cup that is worth less than a behind the scenes friendly to me means nothing, did not Northampton rest some players?
