should city sign any player after second game and before end of transfer window you can ADJUST only City's position before kick off of first game played after window closes

 

subject to changes over the next month this is as close as I can get at the moment with very little transfer activity in the championship. This is the second year of the new format loans and transfers just being twice a season ... are we now seeing a change to last season when a lot of deals were done early. Loans / transfers / free's etc done fairly early meant a few clubs didn't have the chance to put right the error of their signings till January, by then to late!

I made an instant decision at the point in time that that rider with the elbows should be disqualified [not from the race at that time} WITH ALL THE SHIRT changes it is hard to see with some of the camera angles who is who and especially when it is fast and from one side of the track to the other.... harsh on Sagan? after numerous replays NO, there was 2 deliberate elbow extensions, first appears to be contact second a "make sure one "
