I won't be going to this one due to other plans but I'm expecting a fair few changes for this game. It's anyone's guess as to what the team will actually be, but I'll hazard a guess at the following: please log in to view this image 3-0 to the lads.
Is that line up and score 100% guaranteed (as in Sissoko leaving) - if so i am off down the bookies now.
Daft question - I have a ticket for the Gallowgate since the Leazes was originally closed. They've now opened it as Cash Turnstiles. Can I walk around inside the ground to the Leazes, or can I get in to the East Stand/ Milburn/ Leazes with a Gallowgate ticket? Would rather sit in my normal seat.
Apparently its fine to do that according to the club website but they advise that to save time and avoid inconveniencing fans that you should follow the route shown on the map (pasted from NUFC.co.uk) below: They have also suggested that it's probably best to wait until about 10minutes after kick-off to avoid disrupting other people taking their seats and have also suggested that you might like to take all your clothes off to allow you to move more freely. I hope you enjoy the game.
I think you wouldn't be allowed in the Leazes with your Gallowgate ticket although you might as well try it first. There is a concrete barrier running up between the Gallowgate and East Stand IIRC and the only route around to the Leazes is to go to the front of Gallowgate corner and cross in to the East Stand there as long as there is no steward to stop you. The concourse has a brick wall dividing the two stands. If they are putting the away fans in the north-east corner (which they probably are) you are screwed as there will be no route through. There is no route through the Milburn due to the directors box and press box. I think that's right.
Cheers - They told me they wouldn't be opening the Leazes so I bought a ticket for the Gallowgate. Was hoping that I could maybe go to my normal seat.
Darlow. Sterry. Lascelles. Hanley. Gamez. Aarons. Colback. Shelvey. Perez. Diame. Mitro. Subs. Sels. Mbemba. Dummett. Gouffran. Gayle. Hayden
Aarons injury looks serious apparently - stretchered off. Mitrovic had a blow to the head and reported blurry vision. Hopefully just light concussion.
