The club have made a great effort to make the best out of a bad situation credit to them, but why have we been scheduled Cardiff away (and the home fixture for that matter) on a week night? It's a ridiculous fixture list the club shouldn't have to do something like this. When we have Leeds, Sheff Wed, Huddersfield, Derby, Forest, Middlesboro and Rotherham as close enough games for a weeknight we get Ipswich, Reading, Cardiff and Brentford. Makes no sense.
I won't be going. I thought about adding something along the lines of "I'd be there if I wasn't boycotting." but concluded that would come across as attention seeking. Wasn't enough to keep you off my back though, desperate as ever to try and belittle the protestors.
I noticed a lot of the longer distance games for us seemed to be either mid-week games or clumped together as Brighton and Cardiff games are. Ridiculous that happened.
A tremendous idea... I know the lesser Yorkshire team that plays in White have done this on a few occasions (Bournemouth away was one I think) so it's good to see the club lay this on for those fans (me included) who can't make the midweek trip. Bravo City.
You only have to look at the overall fixture list for the FL clubs and so many crazy midweek fixtures. As the fixtures are done my computer it is so easy to make sure long trips can be fixed for a weekend and short trips as a mid-week. The classic / worst one was Carlisle had to travel to Plymouth on a Tuesday night the other week. Madness. Blame lazy very lazy fixture folks.
So does this mean there's any chance us overseas can stream the game, or is the beamback not going to have any commentary or anything or be publicly available?
Well excited for this, just got my tickets. Working/staying in Flamborough that week though but the drive to and from the kc is a fair bit shorter than Cardiff
I don't know if there are any tickets left but I couldn't get on the section to get any more tickets just now, another couple of mates wanted them. I've told them to go down to the KC
Row E? They must be putting chairs in there then, I thought they'd just let people stand whatever they wanted.
No they are giving you seat numbers, this morning on line you could pick the seats just the same has when you go to a game, I think it went from row A back to something like Row O
Hull City @HullCity BEAMBACK: Please note that tickets for our beamback of the away game against @CardiffCityFC have now sold out.
