It could be said about the Chairboys performance last weekend but it more sums up a club that less than three years ago were just penalties away from the Championship, but now look to be heading out of the league and are on their 5th manager of the season and their 11th since their trip to Wembley, so it's off to the mad house that is Brisbane Road for a game that could be one of the final nails in the coffin for the O's, but on the other hand it could also end our dwindling hopes of making the playoffs. Gaz will be boosted by the return to training of Aaron Pierre and Scott Kashket, Southwell and Bean remain a week or two away from fitness while Paris returns from a one game ban while there could be news on the return to the squad of one of the loanee's. After last week I am glad I will be missing this one but having said that I will be expecting the lads to have put that one to bed and be determined to get back to winning ways and relight our playoff hopes
We mustn't overlook the fact that Orient beat Plymouth 3-2 away (although that was on a Tuesday evening) and only lost by the odd goal in 3 to Portsmouth. On that basis, if we play as badly as we did last week, we could be in for a humiliating defeat. It would be great to have Cowan-Hall and Kashkeet back for this one as, with those two and Bayo up front I think we could knock in a hatful.
Paris Cowan-Hall misses out through injury, while Max Muller drops out of the squad to enable GA to name an attacking bench.
Good Lord. I turn away for 5 mins to watch the racing and come back to find us 2-0 up. Give me a fiver and I'll turn away again
Back. How disappointing we couldn't get more goals against 10 men. How did Colchester end up against Notts C?
