It's not that cheap to grow and quite time consuming, so most will probably buy it.

 

Who will sell it? Government shops? .Will they put it out to tender? Where will they grow it or import it? Should it be free or what price? What if they only sell cannabid but people want skunk?
Do clients have to agree to regular testing and check ups for their use? Who'll pay for all this. If private enterprise run it will the profits just go to one set of ****s instead of another?

 

Similar to the Netherlands model, where local usage is less than most of Europe.

A relative found a sealed bag on Aldbrough beach a few years ago. Ripped it open. It was full of white powder and it wasn't talc.

 

Legalising it will just give the state a monopoly over it, but also regulation on purity etc. Decriminalising it will keep things the way they are without the threat of legal action.

The dark web is more reliable anyway, in terms of purity. Online drug dealers who operate on cyber black markets have a reputation to keep their stuff as high quality as possible, otherwise people won't buy from them. It's also cheaper than street dealers.
