Leo Fortune West doesn't have a club at the moment... And at 46, he still has many years ahead of him .
If he's looking for someone to boss the midfield, what is kav up to? Maybe Thorne up front. All for a bit of experience, but.............
I ignore the media gossip articles as its all speculation. How long will it be before they'll stop punting the Palace City old boys City need a keeper, creative midfielder, winger & striker. I think NW may be missing a trick if he let's Huws leave. He should be given the pre season to see if he can be that Mutch sort of player City have badly missed. I'd not be unhappy if Noone & Pilkington left in the summer.
If you ignore 'speculation' then what's the point in reading/contributing to a thread whose title is preceded by the words: 'Transfer Rumours'.
Right about the context of the thread Whiff, but maybe a bit wrong in spirit eh? I think Nin just stated what most of us think anyway. I doubt any of us take anything as sacrosanct until we see someone holding a City shirt in an official photoshot. As you say the thread is all about rumours and gossip, and let's face it, at this time of the year that's all we've got to talk about on here. Keep the mill rolling please guys - you never know, one of them might prove to be right.
Do you reckon Doris might be a good stopper? Or is that Masky? If so, then our Dor could be a great asset up front.
And today's rumour: - http://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/...cardiff-city-targeting-preston-north-13054632 Here's the Wiki on him: - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greg_Cunningham
From 'comments' section of above article: . 'Been told by inside CCFC contact that players are being told of their future on Saturday. Warnock also advanced on 2 signings which might get over the line next week'
When are we going to see some rumours about players for positions that need strengthening. Back 4 is probably the least of our worries!
From what I've read Huws wants to stay with the tractor boys and had some good games for them, I don't like keeping players who want away so if the money is right I'd sell him (although I quite like him as a player).
I still don't know what role Huws expects to play. He doesn't seem to fit any traditional role. Poor tackler, not quick but picks a good pass from time to time and scores the odd goal. Must be Whitts replacement then.
