    Watched the clip on BBC and wondered why nobody bothered to ask him what he was doing, so if you know who did it let the rozzers know. What a sad society we have created when nobody seems to care anymore but then again congratulations on your upcoming general election and that will be a genuine test of public caring.

    Forgive my innocence but if I saw a person cutting anything with bolt cutters I would suspect all was not well, but in the city centre - give me a break!

    I didnt see who was video ing just "thought" they said a woman caught it in her phone.... edit ..a bloke did video it a woman commented on it was her childs bike... stand corrected as I do like to be factual!:emoticon-0100-smile

    Is he though? In this day and age who is going to confront someone with an offensive weapon at least by filming him the police have something to go on.
