http://www.thenonleaguefootballpape...oodhouse-takes-over-at-ambitious-hull-united/ good appointment at that level for sure
Hull United - The Citizens?!? Is this the club that applied to be called Hull Tigers to stop Allam? Would it have been called Hull Tigers - The Citizens?
No, they're a bunch of Allamists who pissed on 30 years of history rebranding St. Andrew as Hull United AFC in the summer.
What, as a player? I thought his knee had finally packed in? I guess it is practically primary school level.
my lad plays for reckitts its a very good standard nobody shirks tackles in the humber prem, ashes knees will be put to the test without doubt ! good luck to him he certainly gave his all for us and im sure he will for hull utd !
They're talking up promotion, but last time I had a glance at it you couldn't get promoted out of that league? Unless they're looking to apply to play in a higher level league?
There is promotion from the Humber Prem to the Northern Counties East League or Central Midlands League. Easington Utd and Westella play in the CML. Hall Road and Winterton play in the NCEL Div 1 & Barton Old Boys and Brid Town play in the NCEL Prem. Most teams don't take up the offer of promotion though due to the costs of playing in the higher leagues.
I like the sound of Hull United and Ash as player assistant manager makes it even better. Can we have regular updates of results on here from a kind someone?
Hufc are currently fourth, five points off the top with a game in hand. Sculcoates amateurs are top, for now. Interestingly, Hufc have just been granted permission to be promoted this season by the FA.
If no other team takes up the offer do they get promoted automatically? Or do they still have to finish top?
It's not even close to the same thing. It's like those on here who go along to North Ferriby games except even more reasonable as United are a lot further down the pyramid.
