I wonder if it would be possible for the Telegraph to quickly release a long list of current and past Managers who they have found no issues with, just so they're not unfairly tainted by any rumours

Fwiw, I don't think we'll find out. If they had enough concrete evidence (as with Sam) then we would already know. They won't want to put themselves at risk of a libel lawsuit.

 

I like some Stoke fans spin on this. They see a few points deductions due to the fall out as the best way of avoiding relegation.

The pattern seems to be where large quantities of players are moved around, where repeat agents are used, where two managers appear at the same club.

Pure speculation, but it will be interesting to see how the list compares.

 

I like Claude but he could be telling us where the bodies are buried in his pre-match interviews and I don't think anyone would ever know.

Well we had a chairman that refused to deal with agents remember!! And we don't know how many<----- of our ex managers will be on that list. I am guessing at 2 judging by the hint in the Telegraph of one that gambled £20k a day.

 

I think people were talking about volume producers. GB has plenty of little manufacturers. And the gossip is that Apple are keen on acquiring McLaren anyway.

And on the subject of McLaren, or that other McClaren, Steve, I hear that he has made comments about a sad couple of days for English football involving Allardyce innocently being caught out.

If he was innocent Steve, he wouldn't have lost his job. The fact is, is that if Allardyce had been videoed in the sting saying, Nope, I want nothing to do with this.! What on Earth do you think you're proposing.? I'm out of here.! He'd still be England manager. But he entertained their conversation, and indeed progressed it. Nothing innocent about it, Steve.

 

Now you come to mention it That is how he got to know Mike Ashley!!!........The man who always has a wad of fifties at hand just in case.......

And yes they met when he was still employed by another club.
