What happened in London was disgusting, but Life moves on, I know we like to have a laugh on here but my message for people on here is, live your life like you were before, don't let these evil people get to you.

It was yesterday. I think some people may not be ready to move on just yet.

If you have to work in central London, you don't have much choice.

I worked in The City all through paddy coming round and blowing **** out of the place every now and then. Strangely enough, you almost got used to it. Sort of occupational hazard, the chance of getting blown to bits.

I went to Lords the Saturday after the London July bombings in 2005. So, it was the day after the day after.

Was eery but the tubes and buses were still busy. You/they just crack on and very definitely don't let the ****s get you down.

Similarly, I arrived back in Manchester on train hours after the first time the IRA tried to bomb it (not the big one). Was fully open for business!

Don't let the terrorists win? with hilariously poor acts I can't see how they could, most American schoolkids that lose the plot do it better. Truth is with every half-arsed attack I feel safer and safer. Personally I doubt this guy has any links to anyone, he's probably just a sad case that lost it and wanted a bit of notoriety and fame.
Each attack shows the lies about some multi-national executive terrorist organisation existing

I grew up in London in the 70's and 80's and the threat of IRA bombs was a daily issue. As you say, it just becomes part of your narrative to be vigilant. The term 'suspect packages' was as ordinary as 'mind the gap' travelling in London. Not that people became either complacent nor overly anxious, but it was just something that everybody living in London at the time had an awareness of.

I remember talking to my Grandad about it and how he felt about it all. He told me that he remembers seeing London after the blitz and after various Nazi bombing raids, which were catastrophic. Literally whole streets were reduced to rubble.

I guess every generation has its own issues of violence and terror to deal with.

All you can do is watch your own neighbourhoods , I watch mine . I've even followed a few people to their homes from a mosque that I keep an eye on here and there . And for good reason that I won't print here . Like I say , everyone has a responsibility against terrorists and it starts close to home .

Did you follow them home because you'd heard them talking about something or purely because you'd seen them walk out of a mosque?

<laugh> Downright ****ing weird, I'd call it. Hanging around places of worship, waiting to follow people home? That's not normal behaviour.

I won't say , but I'm a good judge of bad and seen a very suspect event take place . I just know where they live and if anything happens around town , I'll be on them like sh!t to a fly and if I suspect them involved the authorities will be contacted . And before anyone says what I'm doing is illegal , it's not my (possible ) small illegality that should be gone over with a fine tooth comb . A lot of " Peanut Gallery " Muslims like to point out the small possible illegalities by average citizens while watching terrorists run rampant in the news with little comment ... not all , but some .

And chopping peoples heads off and killing people in masses isn't weird . I don't hang around places of worship , but I don't turn away when driving by and I especially don't turn away when I see something wrong .
