The Chairboys welcome the Robins to Adams Park for their first home game of the season an EFL Cup game, looking for a far better performance and result that on the opening day at Crawley, but to be honest with up to 8 players out injured from a squad of 20 just fielding a team will be a challenge for GA but I will be praying that PCH will be back to at least give us some hope as without him we our only hope is Bob. Our injury list reads Hayes, Rowe, PCH, Freeman and Muller plus Saturdays additions to the treatment table Weston, Harriman and O'Nien and I expect loan signings to be made before the visits of the Mariners on Saturday and Stanley next Tuesday. I think the best we can hope for is to keep it tight and nick a late winner when the Beast bundles the Robins defence and the ball over the line for the winner<ok>

I think we might use this as a squad fixture.
Watch out for young Tammy Abraham who we have on loan from Chelsea - he came off the bench to score on his debut and will probably start
    He looks the real deal

With so many injuries, we are hardly going to treat this as a must win game. The sooner we are out of this cup the better. A heavy loss is on the cards, probably 4-0

27: Freeman's cross from the left finds Abraham who controls and turns before finding the bottom corner 0-1 #WYCvBRC

Far more positive after tonight than after crawley, especially second half. De havilland played very well at the back, sido looked good going forward, bloomfield and mcginn both looked very good and the bristol city keeper made a number of good saves (most notably from southwell) to stop us from scoring. Still a lot to do but a more positive display at least

Think we needed this game like a hole in the head after the initial injuries. However, by the sounds of it we played some decent stuff. Let's hope he team can take the positives in to Saturday
