Back to a Thursday press conference today for some reason, Huddlestone joing Silvaa for this one. please log in to view this image “It was a really important result against Swansea last time out. It was important to win at home.” “But we know that we need to improve our performances and results away from home also. We need to work hard to pick up away points.” “We need to keep our good organistation during the game and we need to give our best as we look to pick up points.” On Maguire - "I want Harry maguire focussing on Hull City. Tomorrow if he has been called up or not he needs to come to training and work hard. I don't need to say nothing for him. It is not my decision. " On starting two up front - "We'll see we need to wait, of course we work both systems, since I come we play in three different systems and they all work. It is possible that we start, but it is good that when you change something int he game the players know what you want." On Karanka "I do my work and my focus is Hull City so it doesn't matter about my thoughts." Evandro is still out, as is Dawson, but Markus Henriksen is in contention. Huddlestone up now... “The confidence in the camp is good after the Swansea win. The three points was the main objective and it was great to get them.” “It will be tough against Everton on Saturday. They’ve got a good manager and in Lukaku they have have a striker a bang in form.” “It’s been frustrating away form home this season, it just hasn’t quite clicked for us on the road.” “Even if it's just points rather than performances, we need to start getting them on the board away, as well as at the KCOM.” “We're a lot more organised now. We know we can hit teams on the break and we can win games in different styles as well.”
This is a teacher greeting his kids, much better! http://video.dailymail.co.uk/video/...757987274/640x360_MP4_2885951695757987274.mp4
Another year or so with the Allams in charge he'll be able to do it with the spectators on match days.
That is interesting. You'd think the decision was made for him with Niasse being unavailable. I'd have thought Abel up top on his own.
We did something similar in my youth, a pal of mine got a Bedford dormobile and 8 of us went up to Beverley Westwood one Sunday afternoon. We all started to pile out, and an old man and women where sitting watching, so we just went round the back again, got in, and came out the front door again. Their faces were a picture.
I'd like to see Bowen up top. Like most young strikers recently, they only really feature on the wings.
Hull City @HullCity Paul Tierney will be the man in the middle for #EVEHUL at the weekend - his eighth @PremierLeague game of the 2016/17 campaign. Two of those eight games were ours, both 1-1 draws (West Brom and Burnley).
There's 3 interviews up on you tube, davis, hudds and Marco... there is absolutely no ****ing way any reporter gets Marco to answer a question he doesn't like.. brilliant...
Interestingly the 45 minutes he played on Monday for the U23's he started on the wing but also played part of the time through the middle, and that is when he got his goal.
There are some useless twats getting paid money for being 'football reporters'... i'm surprised MS didnt straight bat the Karanka and Rangers questions.
Have you taken the full allocation i.e. top and bottom tiers do you know? Any of you lads making the trip? We've been in cracking form at home, but whether this weeks Lukaku stuff will impact on team morale remains to be seen
