Just having a few bottles of Samuel Adams whilst doing the garden, boiling here.

Who said Americans can't make lager? It's no wonder there's so many alcoholics like @Bri OBE around with beer like that on the shelves, it's bloody marvellous, and I'm not a big drinker.

Funny you say that. Me and the bairn are in the garden, sanding and painting some drawers that I knocked together from reclaimed wood.

I'm having a koppaberg with ice, and I barely drink. Must be the weather that does this to us :emoticon-0157-sun: :emoticon-0167-beer:

Good stuff. He's a cracking lad but hard as nails. He used to do the doors at Newcastle and had run ins with a few of the big names.

    Retro

I love them. The chewy bit at the end was for winners.

Just been to asda and saw them. Soon as I got in I abandoned putting shopping away to knock one up. It's amazing mate. Assembling them yourself means you spread the chewy bit so it's consistent throughout. Used Carte d'or as well. Way better. The whippy ice cream round here has gone right downhill. Bland.

Might have another later, I'm not driving.

Put the spoon down, mate. You wont find the answers in the bottom of a bowl.

I've just read the rest of the replies so what I said doesn't really work, now <doh>

Vanilla is for chumps. I can't think of anything worse.

I was gonna say. If you can find a good quality vanilla it is far from boring. Find a one with the little black bits in you are normally onto a winner.
