Well said. I thought a defeat might instil some humility but no. Perhaps a relegation will? That is not a certainty - like QPR's relegation according to this font of future uncertainty - but still a distinct possibility.
I suggest we feel sorry for his poor family - I am 'certain' he was insufferable to live with.

See you dropped below 40k attendance as well, though doubtless in your eyes that was our fault for not taking enough. I was surprised to see that you are only above Villa and Southampton in how well you fill your stadium, usually at least 10% of seats are empty. There may have been only a few of our fans there but they came over loud and strong on the TV, whereas the home support sounded pretty toxic, frequently noted by the commentary team. Shame, I always remember a great atmosphere at Roker.
