    But rugby league is the best game in the world.

    Were we averaging 40,000 when we played our semifinal four times further away with far more expensive tickets and difficulty getting transport? Or when we played in our first play off? Didn't get much credit for taking 150% of our average home game away against Wednesday, did we? Last night's following is referred to as an army in the HDM. Three times as many for City was disappointing.

    Warrington 202,000 Wakefield 77,000. Though to be fair it is easy to see why a 12,000 stadium 10 miles away from Warrington isn't full as Wakefield fans have an horrific journey 10 miles longer than Hull to Doncaster.

    Mark 'Owld Faithful' Chapman does a good job on the telly with the RL pundits who are surprisingly good and easily more coherent and insightful than the likes of Savage, Wright and Jenas.

    It wasn't just a rugby league game in Doncaster though was it ?
    It was the Semi Final for 'the richest game in rugby league' Final. Following on from FC winning the league in 'their best ever season'. So it wasn't just a another rugby league game at Doncaster was it ?

    Apart from the FC fans on here I cant stand them as a club or their fans. They have the worst reputation in the game, conveniently always brushed under the carpet by RH HDM. I hope to **** they lose at Wembley. I wish them nothing but ill will.

    Castro you have severe insecurity issues with rugby league.

    Time and time again people come on here and try to slag the sport off by comparing it to football... they're completely different kettles of fish in terms the money involved, the following and many other things.

    The sport is predominantly northern... hence the lesser distances to travel.

    The sport is less popular... hence the lower attendance figures.

    Every time with you it always boils down simply to how FC are portrayed in the local media.
