    fantastic result today and I was ver y proud of the effort the team put in.
    However...Sometimes life has a habit of reminding you that there are far more important things in this world than football and today is one of them for me...

    Cheers mate..I'm fine..I just found out that a very good friend has got some potentially serious health issues to deal with and it has made me put things into perspective..

    I know where you are coming from I found out as I was walking to the match after parking the car that my grandson (3) was in hospital on a drip. He has an infection in his eye which is now closed but they have done some ct scans and they think that is clear so hopefully he will be ok. Frustrating as he lives 200 + miles away but you just need to focus on what you can do not what you can't

    The son texted this morning to say the swelling is the same as it was which apparently is a good thing if its not getting worse. The bairn is a lot perkier and he is ordering the son around so looks like he is on the mend :emoticon-0148-yes:
