"I think Lloris is close to Liverpool’s Simon Mignolet in terms of ability." - Tony Cascarino If this were the 18th century, Hugo would quite rightly be reaching for his duelling pistol right now.
Something else the former Chelsea bench option Hackarino also said Lloris was, at best, the fifth-best goalkeeper in the Premier League - yet could only offer De Gea and Courtois as superior goalkeepers when pressed on this. It's also worth mentioning that talkBALLS valued Hackarino's opinion so highly they sacked him...
Podolski's considering legal action, apparently. At least Bannon's got plenty of lawyers available to him.
I wonder how much newsnow pays their monkeys to manually write the clickbait headings so that the player name is never mentioned ??
I don't think that Newsnow do it themselves, it's just a product of clickbait journalism. We can post articles to it, though I haven't do so for quite a few years.
I chose some sample pages, and some had meta-tag title info that was the clickbait, even though the html page title was something else.
Sky just said that if United sign Perisic from Inter that Jose would have got every target he wanted in the transfer window. So is that an admission that the stories in the Sun (same owners as Sky) were making **** up about united bidding £50m for Dier and £45m for Rose? Or is it another sycophantic jose arse kissing session on sky?
1. This week/month etc. 2. Jose did not want the Spurs players, but somebody at Man Utd overruled him. < hack "cover your arse" >
So many headlines saying Gareth Bale is facing a Tottenham return. They do remember that Luka Modric used to play for us as well, right?
I think what Cascarino must be saying is that he wouldn't sand a chance of scoring past either of them. Not surprising really, he would struggle to score if my neighbours cat was in goal. He was as useless as a footballer as he is as a pundit.
Harry Hotspur are reporting that Tom Comatose has reported that the club is planning to fine Lloris for saying the following in an unauthorised interview Wembley is a different place. It demands more effort in your mind, in your body, and we need to find the right feeling...We need to do better, we need to kill the games. We should have managed the chance better for the goal for Burnley on Sunday. It was a cruel scenario but if you don’t kill the game, 1-0 is not enough. You need to be very strong until the end of the game and that was not the case. Here's the things wrong with this 1.) HH links to the following Tom Comatose article as evidence that the club is going to fine Hugo...and there is not a single mention of him being fined or giving an unauthorised interview in the article 2.) While the Narrative from the Standard (edited by notable Chelsea fan George Osborne) talks about Hugo "breaking ranks" those two words are conspicuous in their absence in the reports on the same story by The Independent or ESPN, while there's no mention of the story anywhere else even though the Comatose piece went up three hours ago. 3.) Saying that we should have killed off the game is hardly "breaking ranks" is it? It sounds like Lloris giving a fair and frank assessment of our performance 4.) HH claims the club have always viewed the Standard as a friendly paper...even though Levy banned their journalists from matches and press conferences in 2007 after one of their columnists, Matthew Norman, wrote numerous hatchet jobs about Levy and the club. It's also worth pointing out that, just like Harry Hotspur and To the Lane and Back, Matthew Norman is one of those writers who claims to be a Spurs fan, yet ****s on the club every chance they get (and they'll happily manufacture reasons if there isn't a chance to do so)
Well that was quick : https://www.standard.co.uk/sport/fo...ns-by-official-supporters-group-a3624021.html Please feel free to point me to any ES articles where the Chelsky/Poool branch of the League of black lawyers etc were urging Leader. Legend. Racist or Gnasher to "engage" with their clubs afro-carribean supporter base.
It's our own fan group, to be fair. They've issued a statement that basically says that the past is the past and they're happy with the club's attitude to the move. https://proudlilywhites.wordpress.com/2017/08/31/serge-aurier/ Seems like a pretty fair and open piece. The tone of the Standard article is a little off, though.
The Fail are running a story about a woman who moved to Wales who feels isolated as she cannot understand anything the road signs say, and this is the photo they're using to illustrate her story... please log in to view this image Shouldn't they be demanding her license be revoked due to her not bothering to read road signs?
