    Ken Griffey, Jr. [record percentage of votes] and Mike Piazza [lowest draft choice ever elected].

    I have seen them both play. Griffey was the most outstanding mix of power and speed since Willie Mays and Mickey Mantle. He was an obvious first ballot electee.

    Mike Piazza wasn't the greatest defensive catcher, but has the distinction of being the top home run hitter of all catchers that ever played and could block the plate like a moose.
