Noboby has proof who did it .. but you don't need proof to see that it happened , without merit for Cardiff or Arsenal . The only time in history this sort of thing happened in top flight .

A criminal event happened , proving who pulled it off is a lot harder . Say a bank is robbed , if the robber gets away does that mean the bank wasn't robbed .
It's a terrible thing for Arsenal to have to face the fact about there record for straight seasons in a row , that was started during it's first season by underhanded means that got them in top flight when they didn't belong ... The way you got in is bigger news than the length you kept going ..... massive black eye for the club , never mind who the responsible parties were to " Change the rules for a season " behind the scenes

"Cardiff City was formed in 1899 by Bristol born Bartley Wilson as a way of keeping players from the Riverside Cricket Club together and in shape during the winter months. The colours worn by the club were chocolate and amber quarters, quite unusual for the time. Their first season saw them playing friendlies against local sides at their Sophia Gardens ground, but in 1900 they joined the Cardiff & District League for their first competitive season. With the new ground in place, Cardiff joined the Southern League Second Division. A board was also elected to professionalise the club, with S H Nicholls named as the clubs first chairman and Wilson continuing as Club Secretary.
