Probably not the best example after two 4-0 wins and probably one of the favorites to win the league.
If there is one thing I've learnt about going on about Wenger not being good enough is that it got me nowhere. We all know the realities so why are we so surprised when it happens? I think the season will go as well as all the others, which is quite well. Yes we won't win the league, but we should play some good football and be competitive enough to see us hit the top spots and progress well into all the cups. Wenger isn't going anywhere so it's best to just enjoy the football until the end of the season. That's what i'm trying to do and it's a lot less stressful, well unless you're watching us beat Leicester 4-3...
Can we ask the fans of teams who've sacked cr@p managers and improved when they appointed better ones instead?
Its a common thing to say to Arsenal fans "the grass isnt always greener." But the truth is, sometimes it is.
Moyes, van gaal?. Man utd finished 6th last season and even though they look good this season we are only 2 games in. Are you prepared to go through many ****e managers and hopefully get a good one like Man utd did?, going off this forum id say very doubtful.
More ramblings of a simpleton. Would I give be patient with a new manager if we appointed someone rubbish like Moyes? Clearly not. Because he's rubbish. So your logic now is, never fire anyone because there's probably someone worse out there who'd do the job worse? Christ.
You need to get a grip. Calling people names because they dont share your views is just childish. The MAJORITY of fans from other boards that come on here tend to think firing Wenger may be a bad decision. Most of these fans have actually experienced their own Clubs having to appoint a new manager in the current climate. United are a good example. Since AF retired they have spent more money than we would be capable of and still have struggled to even finish in the Champions League places. Wenger annoys the hell out of me but we dont have Chelsea/City/United money and unless we get lucky and land an Allegri/Simeone our Club stands a very very high chance of going backwards post Wenger.
I'm continually calling him names because of what he wrote after the Stoke match. RE. Wenger. Meh. This has been discussed a million times before.
To be honest I've never read such rubbish. You clearly don't see any downside to sacking Wenger so this conversation is pointless.
