Personally I think he will make a big difference and I'd live to see him and Gayle start together.
The kind of crosses Ritchie will bang in... Mitro should have a field day in this division.
He's also lost a bit of weight apparently so will likely be more mobile.
    Not long to go now.....

The problem we have is that we need some one on the other side to do the same as Ritchie otherwise teams will just mark Ritchie out of the game. As we have zero other creativity and ideas we will then rely on luck - and we all know how that goes!

If Aarons sorts his **** out then he will be massive. If we can get Ritchie and Aarons flying down the wings, both put pace and culture on a ball when crossing. Any centre forward worth his salt will benefit. Certainly Anita and Ritchie have struck up a good understanding. Aarons needs that with someone else on the other side, and he also needs to get his level back up. I wonder whether the experience of Gamez on the other side might help him out a bit.

Think if we ever confirm Galloway, that might be a good combo with Aarons.

Good defensive full back but still not a natural left back. Don't get me wrong, good signing and will do well at this level. I just wonder how hard it can be to find a natural left footed left back?

If we look at our squad and look at someone who has just started training again and maybe just maybe we have an answer! <whistle>

Aarons isn't the answer on the left side going off what he's shown so far. He almost never passes the ball and just gets tackled. HBA mark 2, but without the occasional flashy goal.

Been poor so far but I still believe he will turn out to be a bit special. I definitely think having a decent left back would help him too. No excuse though, must improve <ok>Young enough to do so. I still want to see that Knockaert fella though. Just more of guarantee. I suppose the argument would be how will he ever improve without opportunity. If we get someone in he may have to go out to help his development.

My worry about Aarons is he doesn't have vision on the pitch and I'm not sure that's something that can be coached or improved with match time. Hopefully he has a brain in his head and can take instruction because he has great pace and fantastic skills and could be a great player.

It has looked like that of late to be honest. When he burst on he seem to have everything. He struck a ball correctly (essentially I mean not like say Sterling), he has pace, he is fairly well built and strong, he has height, he has tricks, he cracks a great shot, he puts whip on his crosses and beats the first man. He looked like he knew when to release the ball and give and go. He had a bit of vision. Lately and certainly this season, it looks like massive regression. I don't know if he is trying too hard to impress but he is just running down blind alleys a la Obertan. He seems to give the ball away and he doesn't look assured in possession. It could be confidence, or trying too hard, whatever it is he needs to buck up because we will sign someone and he could find himself shunted out on loan with Arma. Might not be a bad thing of course but I hoped they would show enough here to give this side some youthful energy and exuberance.

I think Mitro looked good at times last season and didn't get cut enough slack for the fact he was a young lad trying to adapt to the Premiership whereas Perez seemed to be allowed all the chances in the world just because he didn't occasionally try to maul people. Pretty sure Mitro is younger by a couple of years and was new to the league and country.

He's a beast and I'm confident he'll do very well - get another winger though!

ps. I think Gouffran will be good this year.

thing about arrons is ..great youngsters ..grab the chance and never look back ....you can show skills on youtube etc all you want..... but if you cannot produce or have the balls to bring into big games well your best just . not to get on the pitch..
