JT, I disliked him but now its loathing.

About Costa, sure we'd love to have him and it'd be a case of, 'he might be a **** but he's our ****'. Sadly for us he's their **** so I don't like him.:emoticon-0100-smile

I said outfield and then you named the same as me <cool> Even if he's up for it I'd 100% ditch Tom, I think he's been a problem for us for a few years.

I would be intrigued to see Henricksen (sp?) but he's shown nothing so far to suggest we build a team around him.

We was doomed before we kicked a ball this season imo of course

    Bruce gone.

    Phelan in charge.

    Not enough fit players.

    Money wasted on Marshall

    And so on.

Grosiki should hold his head in shame after yesterdays lap of 'honour'. He walked around the middle of the pitch looking at his phone, never aplauded, looked as if he couldnt be arsed. He can do one.

I really don't understand why fans think stuff like this is important. "Oh he can be a **** player and do **** all on the pitch but as long as he claps us fans at the end in a token ****ing gesture and then takes the piss out of it once back in the dressing room then he's alright with me".

Just a thought, but perhaps he was ****ing annoyed and embarrassed at the shameful capitulation of he and his team mates?

and made out of balsa wood. It was disgraceful, a team with that amount of skill falling down as often as they did.

The only carrying done was carrying us down, for the second time in 3 seasons with some of them.

Yep, that’s what I was told yesterday by an U23 player, who trains with first team, Odubajo has had another knee injury in training, out until at least Xmas, bad news for the lad and us, got to feel for him.

    Back to yesterday’s debacle, positives;

Thought the fans support was brill, stayed with the team throughout the drubbing, all we wanted to see was a bit of fight, pride, make a fist of it, all we got was like a training session albeit against a very good slick Spurs side.

The ref was kind to us at least, only 1 min extra time to put us out of our misery.

We had at least 1 shot on target this week.

Agree with many, Just didn’t get the playing of Marshall, what was the point just to give him game time. I’m not a Marshall lover, he was dropped because he was punch drunk and out of confidence in Jan., I do feel for him, what is this drubbing going to do for his confidence? To be fair to him, he made some good saves and it could easily have been in double figures if not for him.

I'm surprised nobody else has mentioned this , what a totally over the top police presence there yesterday , never seen anything like it
for an essentially meaningless game . Where they really expecting a riot ?

Is it the club that pays for it all ?

I think they were probably expecting city fans to riot. They probably didn't realise city fans aren't like the other 91 sets of fans in the football league.

Said the same while at the game
And if I'd been on the front row I'd have been very pissed of that they were stood in the bloody way towards the end (although it was amusing watching the chubbier ones trying to kneel down for a bit behind the hoardings)

I can only assume the club were panicking at the numpties on social media who were planning a pitch invasion protest - all three of them. Absolutely no-one was in the mood for doing that yesterday.

Double bubble a nice earner for them anyway.

Me and Askew did say that we thought they'd come on to show their appreciation to the crowd for their holidays and new conservatories
