Really pleased for you all who have got tickets; making me smile reading through this thread and a little envious too - have a great time all!

I really can't wait to be honest. Could be once in a lifetime (well hopefully not but you get the point!)

My first time going abroad as an adult. Not a bad way to start :)

Gonna skint me until around Christmas though <laugh>

    That's my thinking too <ok>

Thanks Fran. Got the whole Thursday and half of Friday there, so apart from the football hope to do some exploring!

On another note it will be a massive shame if we don't sell out the whole allocation :(

Any latest on numbers? Or anyone who bought today/yesterday want to share order numbers?

    And that was bought today?

Doesn't look good for a sell out then :( still 2 n 1/2 thousand left.

Not in the grand scheme of things no.

Would be great to have a packed away end though and I thought we'd sell that amount easily.

It may be a glamour tie but it's still a midweek European away game. The ground will be about half full at best id imagine

Only 24k for their first EL tie. With just over a thousand from Israel.

Reckon 30-35 at best. Don't imagine we're a big draw for them.

They only actually had 16.7k there. I would like to hope your estimate us about right, they average around 40k fir Seria A fixtures at any rate

First foreign trip for me though my first away games was a Fratton Park in 76 just before Cup Final. So not abroad but a bit 3rd world. Won 1-0 though my Pompey supporting uncle (RIP) insisted on leaving early so missed goal but I was in the Fratton Stand! At 12 this was also my first ever Saints game.

Got return flights to Milam Milpensa from Stanstead (Weds eve / early Friday morn) for £50 and airport accomodation for €68 a night. So about £120 with ticket as even sharing hotel room - single beds at least! Full day in Milan before ko so a few beers to be consumed.

Are Saints going to set a date which supporters have to purchase by?

As I assume that they won't be sending the details to Inter until the selling is complete. It's going to take at least a week I imagine from them sending the details over to the tickets coming through the door.

Not sure why people would be dissapointed if we don't sell out. I imagine we'll probably take around 7 thousand, that following for a club our size on a Thursday night away in Europe is pretty good. Some people simply cant fit it in around work or other commitments even if they wanted to, others simply can't afford it and as much as I hate to say it Xmas isn't far away now.
