Kieran Hodges promoted to the position of no.2 keeper? I was impressed by him in the recent central league match and I would have more confidence in him than Will Puddy Loan keeper told he will face Walsall
I like a bit of good natured banter and humour CJS If all those players leave with no one coming in I reckon that is going to leave us with about 18 players
I thought Keiran Hodges looked good too. Money must be very tight if we're signing these sorts of players...
This thread is making me more disheartened by the day with everyone of our competitors singing players
Good luck to him but again another player with zero experience why don't we just use one of our youngsters? DC has lost the plot when it comes to signings.
The 19 year old central defender was born in Kingston on Thames and joined AFC Wimbledon as an eight year old in February 2005 and remained with them until August of last year when he joined Stoke. He made his debut for The Dons in April 2015 and by the time he had moved to The Potteries he had chalked up 13 league appearances. In addition he has made one appearance for the Republic of Ireland U-18 side. “I am delighted to welcome Ryan to The Memorial Stadium and I am sure that between now and the end of the season he will be a valuable addition to our squad,” said manager Darrell Clarke. He is a highly thought of young defender who is ambitious and keen to get more games under his belt. I would like to thank Stoke for allowing him to join us on loan and, as always, I would like to thank our Board of Directors for agreeing to let us bring Ryan in.” http://www.bristolrovers.co.uk/news/article/2016-17/ryan-in-on-loan-3529757.aspx#8Q87QwjdZHgbMUXI.99
Alistair Durden on twitter said this "Stoke bought him from AFC Wimbledon last August for a reported £250,000."
