We already have a Dress Down day ... ... not a day goes by without a poster getting a dressing down. Today seems to be a collective.
It's a shame it's got to this Patster, when YOU, a board stalwart feels the need to boycott the board - 606 will be a far worse place without you, I will say though, your incisive wit and knowledge of all things Hull City indeed, your insight in all things will be sorely missed should you go, if you do go? I, for one respect your decision and will make no attempt to dissuade you from this path. Adios and Abysinnia my friend ..... until next season.
This coming from the man who used to extol the virtues of the honey badger, who upheld negative views of Chinese restaurants, even in the face of direct challenge from the management, who willingly pulled kebabs out of bins for breakfast, who wantonly left logs floating in bathtubs. It must have been some course, Carmine. Was it one of those that you are compelled to attend for the betterment of all involved in the situation?
I wonder / worry about you sometimes. If you need help PM Carmine he's trained for this sort of thing.
I think the board changed around the time of the Hudders bubble game. Posters became more militant and some got their first taste for power. When it started to kick off against the Allams a hierarchy of ranks from Generalissimo down to Corporal had emerged and like any good army the intention was to act as a single force to destroy the enemy - in this case the enemy being anyone with another viewpoint. The battle with the Allams continues, but the collateral damage is the aggression and nastiness you mentioned.
