Robbie Brady has moved to Burnley for £10.5M - why the hell didn't we go after him?

Wague has signed on loan for the rest of the season.

Wasn't he on X Factor a few years a go?

As he most likely will be played at RB might as well be.

Something needs to change ... Wague and Amartey as centre backs? ... last night's goal came from Michael Keane winning the ball in the air and the Burnley Centre forward Sam Vokes winning the knockdown ... not difficult who should have been marking each?

That's probably too radical a change but Wague and Amartey along with Ndidi and either Slimani or Ulloa should make us far more competitive in the air than we are currently.

... but that's not the only problem .. we are not carrying enough goal threat currentl an our creativity more or less all stems from Mahrez (although Gray hasn't beem bad)

I'm starting to feel that we should play a back 5 with wing backs and that the Wes / Huth combination might just have passed it's sell by date ...

    Team for United

    Schmeichel
    Albrighton Wague Amartey Morgan Fuchs
    Ndidi Drinkwater
    Mahrez
    Slimani Vardy

I'd prefer Chilwell in place of Fuchs; he gives us more pace going forward and getting back. And I'd have Musa in for Vardy.

As a wingerand #10 I agree he has been rather crap but he scored twice against Barca and Everton in his few outings as #9.

No he's not. Not given a run of games in his best position, through the middle, and arrived in the middle of a massive loss of form by the established players.
Don't blame any of the new signings for the mess we're in.

Agree. Give Musa a decent run and then judge. Vardy has scored in 1 game in his last 26 or so games, anyone else with that record would be nowhere near the 1st team squad. I think Ranieri is scared to give others a decent run in the side. The big names from last season are not performing and haven't been for a long while, time to give others a chance of getting us out of this mess.

It's not like making changes can make it any worse right now.

No... on the basis we need his leadership and he, as a 30 year old goalkeeper, could stay at the top for another 8 years
