I know if I was his agent and I wanted to move him on(And I would want to move him on if was his agent, no more money for me from his present contract) I'd be telling him to sort his attitude and improve his form to make him more appalling. Personally if he gives everything while he is there then I'm not bothered about the past. If he ends up staying and has a cracking season then I feel most would forgive his past antics.

It's a tough one to decide what's best, none of us know to what extent he's poisonous to the dressing room, if he is at all, whereas we know he's an asset on the pitch and could help make the difference between mid table and pushing for promotion. Also if we did sell him it doesn't look like it'd be reinvested so it's hard to get excited about that option.
That's the big question ultimately. IF he was sold, would that money be used to bring in a couple of decent players to the squad? I doubt it.
I think its interesting that Grayson is willing to work with Lens and Khazri when supposedly 'better', bigger name managers wouldn't touch them with a bargepole. Maybe he's doing it to put them in the shop window, maybe he's doing it because he thinks he can work with them, maybe he's doing it because he's short of numbers. Whatever the reason, I think its a better approach than just ignoring them.
