Jones injured - his season could be over

Jones suffers broken toe in training with England - tackled by Smalling too. His last few performances have been dreadful, and as much as I hate to see someone get injured, with Bailly and Smalling making a better pairing, it could prove a blessing in disguise.

Not really as we've got loads of games to play and he and Bailly is our best partnership in a pair.

That said, we do have Fosu-Mensah and Blind who can play at centre half, and Rojo, so it hopefully won't hit us too hard.

 

Hopefully he and Chris Smalling leave at the end of the season.

IMO your best centre back partnership this season was Jones and Rojo - I thought at the beginnning of the season both would be on heir way but they have done really well.

Have Bailly and Rojo played together as centrebacks? - I reckon that partnership could work as well.

Also has Fosu-Mensah played more then a couple of minutes for you this season - was immense under LvG.
