It's a trip to the seaside for the Chairboys where they face the Tangerines at Bloomfield Road, our first visit there for 13 years and we haven't recorded a win against the Seasiders for 17 years and have lost 6 and drew 1 of our last seven meetings and our last meeting was Jan 2004 when we succumb to a 3-0 defeat at Adams Park, but the Tangerines were on the up plying their trade in the Premier League 6 years later for just the one season, since then their slide has been even more dramatic arriving back in the fourth tier this season. GA has no new injury worries but the usual suspects remain a doubt, we are all hoping to see PCH this season and there is a space to fill on the bench with the seventh seat remaining unoccupied once again on Tuesday. This will be a tough task on a wet and windy afternoon at the seaside, but the lads like tough tasks and if the defence remain resolute in front of Big Blacks and if Bayo can nick one we have a chance to put the record straight and head back down the M6 with all three points
I've been hearing that 2 very key players that I really rate (Pierre and JJ) have not been performing too great this season. If that is true we will be conceding goals where we would have been achieving clean sheets. If Blackpool have spent as much on new players as I've read (and we are still are without a full squad), there must be an intention to get back to where they belong. Despite the hate for the owners I reckon we could be in for a hiding here, maybe a 2-0 defeat away won't look so bad if Blackpool get auto promotion
