Exactly the jpt is one of my favourite memories as a saints fan, Not to mention this is conceivably the thin end of the wedge for b teams
Confirmed - Fernando Alonso will not be driving at the Australian Grand Prix. The mystery deepens....
Body parts have been found in the Becky Watts search. Those poor parents deprived of even a body to say goodbye to.
Yep I agree with this. None of this crap Life = so many years. 4 men and 1 women arrested on suspicion of assisting the offender. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-31709056
Assisting an offender in this case should be an absolute minimum of 10 years in prison. The monster/s who committed the actual murder deserve to die in my book.
Death penalty is never the answer, we should look to rehabilitation and prevention rather than punishment.
Life in prison like the USA do is what I want to see. Prison's shouldn't be social clubs like ours are.
I am not a believer in the death penalty as it makes you as bad as the killer, however a life sentence should mean life for a deliberate murder. Not all killings are the same of course. There is nothing wrong with punishment and keeping people off the streets. Rehabilitation is for druggies and thieves...murder cannot be undone, so how do you get rehabilitated.
Yes. Their prisons are ****ing brutal. Maximum security prisons should be like this in every country.
American prisons are too far the other way though...shouldn't have luxuries (without earning them by good behaviour), but you shouldn't be at constant risk of gang warfare with no escape from the danger. There are some criminals that may deserve that, but most don't.
America have got it right with their supermax prisons where the violent scum are kept. People who commit non-violent crimes should get luxuries like TV and better conditions as they are there for rehab more than anything else. But within reason as they have broken the law after all.
