    Good Morning Everyone,

In form Derby County face an inform Leeds Utd on Friday night at Elland Road.

The form guide in the last 10 games show 3rd place Derby play fourth place Leeds whereas if you look at the last 6 games, it is much more in Leeds favour.

Leeds will be without the influential Pontus Jansson having been booked during the Cambridge match on Monday. It is not known whether Cooper will be fit having limped off with a dead leg during the same same.

We all know that Ayling is a capable centre back, so it could be a blessing in disguise.

The word om Charlie Taylor is that he will be fit to play.

Also fit to play will be Hernandez andO'Kane should the gaffer select them.

Derby will be boosted by the signing of David Nugent from Middlesborough. Surely, there is something to be said for doing your business early in the transfer window!

There have been changes to the board at Leeds United confirmed overnight:

Andrea Radrizzani, Andre Tegner and Feng Ze Yeh have been appointed as club directors.

Andre Tegner and Feng Ze Yeh are both employed by Aser Media, Radrizzani's investment firm. Tegner attended the game v Newcastle in November.

Leeds United's six-man board is now: Massimo Cellino, Daniel Arty, Niccolo Baratierri, Andrea Radrizzani, Andre Tegner, Feng Ze Yeh.

    Morning.

I don't think Nugent is worth anywhere near what derby paid for him. Woulda been useful to have but I can imagine there are better out there for that price

Morning all. First piece of Chinese influence in the club hmmmm interesting. Glad to hear Cooper is available, at least it wont mean wholesale changes in the defence. Having said that, Jansson is still a huge loss for a big game. Wonder did Glory manage to get his ticket in with the Derby fans. Hed hardly have the brass neck to shout for Leeds given his undying love for Derby over the past two seasons

Evening Josh, sure its a lot of money, but perhaps with only scraps to play with they didn't mind paying a extra to get their man.

    Morning all,

odd as it may seem, the chap with the Chinese name is supposedly Italian! Young too (is that his name? :D) - he's ony 36. Other new guy is 43 - 1 year older than Rad. Deffo a young man's game now. Gone are the days of a local man building up his brass to spend it on footie when almost senile.

Our defence will be weakened in middle, Derby will know that, I wouldn't be surprised if many of their attacks on goal come down / from middle.

Looking at the names of the six man board there does not seem to be anyone who would burst with pride at the success of Leeds United.

Darren Bent will be surplus to requirement and Chris Martin too, so wonder if Monk fancies them. Hope he has a striker in mind as we need help up top. Looks like young Malik will get some game time on Friday too, hope we've uncovered another jem

Have to be honest, Doc, but I don't think Malik's ready yet. He will be, though! I still put Mulhern & Stokes ahead of him. But then again, it's a funny old game! :D

    Morning all...

On the board and new owners, jury is out, a case of wait and see. Hypocritical I know when my dislike for Cellino is well known but... Cellino is a big ego, he wanted us because he wanted a winning team to say look at me and what I have. He didn't do a good job (until this season) but his deep down intentions were for a successful team.

The new guy and these new directors, we just have no idea what their intentions are and after GFH I am a little excited but also a little nervy.

Derby game, Nugent will no doubt score against us but I still wouldn't have wanted him for that price. Team selection, my only concern is the amount of returning injuries and are they match fit?

Maybe Hernandez or O'Kane should have started against Cambridge, give them a half game each, we shall see

I hope some of the players were brought in for extra passing training exercises......we gave the ball away and got caught in possession far too easily against Cambridge:(

Lets hope Aser Media investments are not another Investment Company in the same mold as GFH.

At least we have a better idea what tell tale signs to look out for thanks to GFH. I suspect most fans will be looking very closely this time
