100% same team for the Leeds game. O'neil will have to wait to reclaim his spot. Anybody left out will feel hard done by.
If Junior changes the team I won't be knocking him. Hard to pick fault in anything he's done. Deserves and earned his right to do as he sees fit.
Blimey Redprintt, have you had dodgy eggs this morning?!! I'm with you, think he's been doing quite well so far, long may it continue!
Gota say young Lee is doings Stirling job. The loss of points at Rotherham and Wednesday and against Derby were not his fault. players were responsible for that. We would've been third without those mistakes. We will only get better,Magnussaun will play in the prem mark my words. Class.
Mark your words?? Last time you said that Nigel Pearson was heading here because your brother told you and you were ****ing off saying we will make 'the promised land with Pearson in charge, mark my words" you said.. Are you still of the opinion that Nigel Pearson is the best manger in the championship?
Come on guys - I call RR up on things as much as anyone on this forum, but at least in this incidence he's being positive about the team and the manager - and with good cause. After our capitulation against Sheffield Wednesday, I thought it was an indication that O'Neil was vital to any success we might have, so it was nice to see us perform so well without him. I trust LJ to make the right decision, though I expect he'll put his captain back in the starting lineup and we shouldn't grumble at that. What a season Reid's having so far - there's plenty of people who insist that he needs to 'bulk up', but I'm not so sure how vital that is. There are plenty of diminutive players at the very top of the game, so if he's effective as is then I don't think he should radically change his approach. He's still young too, so hopefully, further improvement will follow. That we're only 6 points off top spot and 2 from the playoff places, having been frustrated in a few games shows how far we've come. If we reduce the defensive errors then we're showing signs of a team that can finish in the top 6. Leeds are on a good run of form, so will be an interesting challenge and potentially an excellent game.
writing posts in a hurry often lead to contradictions of what you have previously said... you become embroiled in the panic of the moment .... salesmen often fail to tell the real story, rather give the version that is fitting to the moment ...on here we are "all salesmen" selling our points of view....
2 wins and a draw would put us top! 3 losses inside the trapdoor .. top 6 is more likely in the foreseeable future, should we have the luck and win Tuesday we may just get into top 6 certainly top 8
I personally find the massive 'ups' and then massive 'downs' tiresome.. especially from a man of Red Robins age! Just a sense of perspective across a season would be nice and perhaps an understanding that players like Bobby Reid require some patience to gain experience and development to become good players, and no they don't all work out but calling out every player on every little mistake is unhelpful to say the least.
Not a problem Banksy use the ignore button if my posts don't agree with your views. A forum is for good debate by all.
but didnt some chinese fella say... if what you have to say is not more beautiful than the silence then shut the @@@@ up !
A forum is for good debate by all IT IS but loses some of it's impact when previous points made by a contributor who ever it may be are contradicted ....
No one is saying it isn't. I am putting the opposite view to yours on here. Debate isn't a one way street just for you! An opinion is different to stating a 'fact' especially a 'fact' thats turns out to be complete nonsense!
How ironic.. a courtesy you have consistently refused to give to many of OUR past managers and players!
