    There's no way Arsenal would come in for him after a couple of months at a club that are probably going to get relegated.

    Is his contract up at the end of the season?

    If it is (probably if it's not too) he'll either...

    Get an offer from a PL club if you go down.
    Get an offer from a 'better' PL club if he keeps you up (not meaning to be rude).


    Basically no matter what happens I think you'll struggle to keep him. Good organised managers are few and far between, and plenty of PL teams would want this guy.

    Shame really but that's always going to be the cost of a 'smaller' PL club having a very good gaffer.

    Hopefully there will be no media fawning over the 'sadness' of SAFC's relegation.
    They have been stinking this division out for a few years now, and should find their true level next season.
