BBC say Ajayi has made his loan deal to Rotherham permanent. I assume it kicks in when the next transfer window opens. Undisclosed fee. I think Warnock will trust youngsters in midfield and attack but wants old heads at the back.
Here we go then............ http://news.ladbrokes.com/football/...ansea-in-battle-to-snap-up-barnsley-star.html
Saw that one sparks. A goal scoring wide man would be nice. Probably the area that needs most attention. Word is that Matt Kenedy is in Warnocks thinking. 5 from 15 for him, albeit in L2.
Kennedy is a good player, we've seen it and I believe Warnock can get the best out of him. I'm not sure if Kadeem will be here next season and I'm not sure I'd offer him the money he is demanding. Ok he's had some good games this season and got some crucial goals for us but is he the answer to our problems? Too lightweight and knocked off the ball too easy. I've also no doubt that Noone has seen his last game for City and will be off in the transfer window.
Cardiff to get a windfall from the sale of Andreas Cornelius. Danish publication BT said that Cornelius, rather than training today, was “in Italy to look at conditions in Atalanta, [who are]ready with a contract.” Cardiff would get €4 million (around £3.35 million)
Saw that as well Dai. It would have meant a monumental sell on clause for City inserted under the terms that Cornelious went back to Copenhagen. Maybe that explains why Copenhagen only paid us about £3.5M of the £8.5M we paid them for him. Maybe we took an overall hit of something like £8M including his wage contract on the deal at the time for a future return? I wonder what Atalanta is paying for him. BTW, Macheda just scored 2 goals in Novara's 3-1 win at Serie B leaders Frosinone earlier this week.

Gallagher looks interesting. Scored 11 goals in a poor team. Maybe Lambert's presence will be an attraction. Wiki indicates they were both at Southampton for a year before Lambert went to Liverpool. Perhaps Lambert will have a use in coaching him. He's a big guy, 6ft 4 ins according to Wiki. Might see a bit more direct football if he comes.
