Try and keep it on topic. Its a football thread for god's sake. After the costly error of not playing the best GK at the club, lets hope he sees sense. Same with Mbokani and Mason and Henricksen. Marshall Elmo Maguire Davies Robertson Clucas Snodgrass Mason Henricksen Mbokani Hernandez After being paggered against Stoke but coming out with a win. Whats Phelan going to do. This sit back and hope we dont concede cant carry on successfully. He has got to change the formation and tactics. Liverpool will be all over Hudd in midfield. If he persists i see Pool sticking 3 or 4 by us. I'd take a point right now. But reckon 3-1 to them. Anyone know where i can pick some Sloes...

That's the team I'd go for, apart from perhaps Jake for Harry. But I'd have that midfield as a diamond. With Snoddy at the tip of the diamond behind two strikers. That's where he played when he got his hat trick for the Scots. I don't expect a lot from tomorrow, but I think that would give us our best chance.
Good choice. Have some doubts it is the team we will see though. Interesting to see what MP will do now he has choices to make rather than having no choice.
I think we need to play two deep lying midfielders. Clucas and Huddlestone. They are going to have a lot of the ball and adding congestion makes it much harder for them to play in between our midfield and defence, which is where they play a lot of football. We have to be realistic here. They will have a lot of possession, playing on the counter attack is our best option.
The chap that created them ran a marathon in them to demonstrate how comfortable they were. Scousers obviously took it upon themselves that they'd make them fleet of foot when fleeing the scene of a crime.
Marsho Elmo Big H. Curtis. Robbo Cluco. Jake. Snodger. Mason. Henrikson Mbo 2 CDM's in Sam and Jake and a midfield three who can get forward and support a lone striker. Regulation 0-2 win. I'm reverting to being a bus ****er tomorrow, ****ed if I'm parking my motor near that khazi.
Liverpool was a major slaving port and its ships and merchants dominated the transatlantic slave trade in the second half of the 18th century.
You guys should play Huddlestone, he always plays well against us! Can't say I'm confident about this game tbh. It's the type of game we all too often lose (no disrespect intended). I think it'll be either you guys nick it or we win comfortably, hopefully it's a good game
Was Maguire that good against Stoke that most of you would drop Jake at CH.? The Jake/Curtis CH partnership has been virtually impregnable at the back. Three Arsenal goals came after Jakes red card. Liverpools attack is built on speed and quick passes into the box. Is Harry the best choice to stop that?
Liverpool are on fire at the moment. Anfield is like a fortress. Klopp is on fire and has the entire team motivated. They have the best and most passionate fans in the entire world. All over the world too. Sure, their defence is a little shakey, but when they keep the ball and possession in mid field and our goal area, and seemingly can score at will, that hardly matters. If Phelan doesn't go with a team like Chazz's, we should be humped. This is Mike's chance to show if he's a manager or a number 2. If he makes minimal changes and we're humped, he can **** the **** off. On paper, it's a daunting and formidable task for our less skilled larkers. If you were a betting man, this is your banker for a home win. However, the Mighty Tigers LAUGH at those who think we're just there to make the numbers up. I'm expecting a regulation 0-4 to us.
