I had to chase Trading Standards again for a response to my response to their response saying the premier league are investigating the missing perks. They've now said:

The answer is no I haven't raised it with the club (having had previous arguments with them I don't see much point in raising anything with them). I will though. He does mention the number of victims as being one of the factors in deciding whether to investigate (after 2 months and two attempts at fobbing me off they still haven't decided) so if anybody hasn't emailed them please do.

For the record these are the perks I've mentioned that were advertised and never provided:

- Monthly Prize Draws
- Member only events
- Earn points on attendance to games
- Points back on retail and concourse purchases

- You can keep a watchful eye on how many points you’ve collected with your monthly email update, with a number of further benefits being made available to supporters at the start of the next campaign, based on the number of loyalty points you’ve accumulated.
- It was also mentioned that cup games could be loaded onto your card

If you're affected take the time to complain, It's a rat trap and you've been conned.

 

They are a bit slow but they will chase it up. I've been through this slowness with them last time and sometimes they don't understand immediately but with a bit of explaining as TreeHugger has done they get there in the end.
