Well after nearly 25mins we've done **** all really should be 1-0 down

 

Puddy's kicking is abysmal

 

Blissett, Baggie and Dawson on please DC

 

Puddy are MOM so far by a country mile

 

HT 0-0 we're truly shocking

 

1st 10 mins we were the better side, passing well and probing them but didnt actually create a chance. Maccs were terrible couldnt put 2 passes together. Then we conceded a corner and that seems to create a long lasting pressure on us. We then became the team who couldnt put 2 passes together and all probing at their defence stopped completely. While Maccs was doing all the probing and created many chances, often down to our own mistakes, like Puddy kicking it straight out for a throw every time he has the ball or the defenders inability to clear. Or no one closing down the Maccs player with the ball. Puddy has done well so far with coming out and clearing things up. No Rovers player have stood out as even being average! Been a poor game to be honest.

I expect DC to give the players a good mouthful at half time and us to see a much improved performance. If not then you can kiss the title goodbye.

Parkes is 1 foul away from getting sent off. Maybe a liability. Take him off and put Lockyer back in the defence and bring on Clarke maybe?? We will need 11 men to get something from this game.

 

Reading that seems like thats a mistake but you are spot on like I said above.

 

His kicking is awful though reminds me of Brian Parkin's

Yeah it was definitely Parkins they barely went past the half way line

 

To be honest on that first half performance I would seriously take a point right now

 

Far too much hoof ball. We need to play the ball on the ground. Our front two are too small for the tactics at the moment.

pitch looks poor for the football we want to play. balanta and monkhouse looks like they are playing on an ice rink.
