Came back on to say this ref is crap! Taylor got an elbow in his head which was done before the maccs player headed it. was clearly intentional. should hav ebeen sent off but the ref didnt even give a free kick. he also let the game continue while taylor was down with a head injury. soon after a maccs player went down injured with a arm injury and the ref blew up for treatment straight away. piss poor ref.

also he had reffed 6 games in the past for maccs and all been while maccs been the home side and maccs have won all 6 games. we are playing against 12 men!

 

Lines is putting some good crosses maybe be better to get Blissett on for some height in the box

Decent result. Thought we defended well, but didn't create anything.You can see why Macclesfield don't concede many goals at home. Dawson never got a look in. Balanta was more effective before he went off. Great free kick by Lines at the end, but on balance it was probably a fair result.Leadbetter had a good game.

 

Monkhouse gave every pass away or was tackled very easily. Worst player on the pitch by far.

 

Grimsby winning. We are now 3rd.
