Knows the league, did well with Leeds and Preston, used to working with small budgets, an uninspiring appointment, but a safe pair of hands.
Ian Dennis @Iandennisbbc Simon Grayson will be confirmed later today or tomorrow morning as #SAFC new manager #pnefc
Simon Grayson. about ****ing time PS mods Ive looked and cant see where this should go, move if you so wish
Has Oleg been announced yet? Slightly odd CSKA has farewelled him before anything confirmed, unless it's all a misdirect and he's not coming here after all. If he's coming as assistant manager that basically completes our backroom team (I think) so really should be able to put all focus on bringing in new players.
Isn't he more of a scout than an assistant manager? Still looks to me that we are 2 or 3 light in terms of assistants managers / coaches. All we have is Slut, the ex-academy guy (sorry, name gone) and the new keeper coach isn't it? Went to check on the new official club web site. See link here .... https://www.hullcitytigers.com/club/club-information/#pos_2853 Under the section titled 'Managers' it simply says 'coming soon' #youcouldn'tmakeitup
On the new website they launched it tell you everything so far. https://www.hullcitytigers.com/club/club-information/whos-who/
Grayson? ****ing hell - what ambition. They've only been relegated a couple of months and already they now seem an entrenched mid-table Championship club.
