How were the tactics wrong ? they were the same players, the same formation from the 1st half , the difference was we stared pressing and moving the ball quicker , see how many times we played out from the back using the width to attack something which was distinctly missing in the 1st half . Admittedly Citeh didn't seem to have the same intensity as the first half but was that more because we kept turning them , I'd like to think so , imo it was the players feeling beaten before they had actually kicked the ball more than any tactical mistake .

Our tactics first half was to watch Citeh play football, second half, we came out to play and give them a game, that has to surely be down to the manager. PC had us too deep first half, with little movement to challenge for the ball, second half was very different, shame about the winner for Citeh, but our defence still has issues and switched off to throw the game away...................<ok>

Not for a moment saying I'm right or you're wrong but do you believe that Clements tactics were to allow Citeh to press as they did all over the pitch which meant we didn't get out of our half for the 1st 45 minutes , a dangerous game to play and one which was strangely effective only in as much we conceded only the 1 goal .

It could be that at the moment Clement thinks that against the top teams we have only 45 minutes of good football in us (Arsenal at home showed that)

I don't mind us sitting deep to a point, and conserving energy and all that, but we have to compliment that with fast counter attacking football to give the opposition something to think about, strange how we got so easily into the game second half though?

That's pretty well how Leicester won the title last season Phil , sit back and counter at the right time .

In the second half it was a more balanced game with us more than matching them , we came under pressure at times but so did they, imo we didn't play a counter attacking as I thought it was quite open . A lack of concentration cost us not Citeh dominance

Little off topic but it took a lot of guts for Clement to take on the " Swansea Project " after Bradley was sacked and things looked terrible at best , a lot more guts than some of the chicken sh!ts who turned their heads after Monk was sacked . I think we got a winner gents , in more than one way .
