No hip flask for you Hornette. You stick to the lippy. :emoticon-0135-makeu

Haven't seen you since the Southampton 4-0 disaster but remember there you applying the red stuff. Maybe an opportunity there. Watford FC Yellow lippy :emoticon-0100-smile

For a crowd of 72000 home supporters, the atmosphere was dreadful. Are ANY of these people actually football fans?

On the all-too-rare occasion that I get to a match these days, I do have a slight tendency to watch 'quietly & reflectively' for longish spells during the game - so I guess there is a place for those who are like minded.

I wasn't aware it was Old Trafford though...<laugh>

The Old Trafford atmosphere tends to be pretty poor, other than for big matches. Too many tourists, prawn-sandwich munchers and generally just the size of the stadium, so people wanting to sing are probably scattered around a lot. Wembley for England games is very much the same - even if we have the section for them

To be fair though, their away support is one of the better ones around... Although wasn't overly impressed when they've come to the Vic!
