I think he will be coming as a number 1. I think at his age and with his experience I reckon he will be on more money than Frankie and he's not come to sit on the bench

A very smart signing. We need a keeper with something to prove, and we need someone to potentially keep Fielding on his toes and rotate if Fielding drops in form.

Everyone on here knows my opinion of Fielding and hope we get a Championship keeper signed asap.

    But Mark Bunn ??
I don't call 'experience' less than 200 games in 14 years.
More about a 'back up' keeper who's been round the block and no team has thought him good enough.
I still live in hope Cotterill will sign a No 1 Keeper.

Premier League side Aston Villa have signed Bristol City target Mark Bunn, having announced the goalkeeper has signed a two-year deal on their official website.

To be honest if he wants to go and sit on the bench at Villa then he's not the kind of player we want - lucky escape

I'm with Victor on this, I don't reckon Bunn is a No1. If he has gone to Villa, it just proves the point.

Sit on the bench at Bristol City..... or sit on the bench at Aston Villa on a much higher wage.... I'd know which one i'd rather do!

Most players would choose Villa over us.

Like Victor, I'd like to see us sign a genuine No. 1

I think we dodged a bullet here, if he is happy to warm the bench on a higher wage, than compete for a regular No1 spot and game time, I question his mindset tbh.
