Isn't it funny that when things went well under Bobby, Lukaku was full of praise for him. It got tough and instead of putting in a shift he blames the boss for his form/effort/application

The team lost respect for him, as they obviously felt he was making mistakes on the training ground and on a matchday. Lukaku's and Mirallas's reaction to hearing the news last night said it all tbh.
Chelsea can afford it - Everton are right to hold on for everything they can get. He's not worth that, but if you spend the money wisely (and Koeman looks like he's a good buyer) then it's good business all round.
