Bristol City launch loan bid for Sierra Leone international Bristol City are reportedly preparing a deadline day move for Bolton Wanderers midfielder Medo Kamara. The newly promoted Championship side are eager to bolster their midfield ranks before this evening’s 6pm deadline and have targeted the out-of-favour defensive midfielder, with a view to an initial loan move. The 27-year-old, who only joined the Trotters from FK Partizan for £300,000 back in January 2013, scored once in 16 appearances for Maccabi Haifa last season whilst on loan at the Israeli outfit. Kamara, who has 17 international caps for Sierra Leone, has managed just 57 appearances for Bolton since arriving in England, including three goals. http://www.shoot.co.uk/bristol-city-launch-loan-bid-for-sierra-leone-international/

Not sure about this one as he hasn't set the world alight in his travels. Do they still hold the African Cup every year and if they do we shouldn't have another player who disappears for the entire month of January.
