Mods Notice Queenslander

MODS NOTICE

It was with regret that the mods have asked for and been granted a permanent site ban for Queenslander . The forum is probably fully aware that he had only just returned (Feb 14th) from a 1 month ban for making, what were in essence, racist comments on the "Can I Hide it thread" to This Is My England, in which he said "mind the darkies" and "don't let the whites get you".... In our book we don't care if you're black, blue, green, yellow or whatever, if you make those type of comments, you come across racist and provocative.

At the start of last week Queenslander posted on the Leicester board.

“Evne through my ban i still read your board and i have to say..you need to get behind then..As a Rangers fan we've been **** for 18 years..but never once did my faith ever wilt..You guys have to get behind the team and manager and team.....
Anyway, just great to speak to you lot..Im not sure hiow long ill be around for as im gonna throw a few f**ks into our mods so a ban may well happen...
Still, who cares......I always teach my kids to stand up for themselves and be leaders not followers, so id be a hyocrite to do anything other.

He had already been in trouble with the Leicester board following a post last October in which, he accused Nigel Pearson of *****philia. This was deleted but we have a transcript (but will not post here in detail) in which started “Nige does like a young boy doesnt he?” When challenged he claimed he had no recollection of posting it all.

So since returning from his 1 month ban he accused Col of racism on the "12 dead in Paris" thread and complained that it wasn't closed. He was asked to apologise, which he belatedly and begrudgingly did, and this is why he was not banned a week ago. But since then, in a private email to one of us, Queenslander said that he did not mean the apology, it was just to get Col and the mods of his back. .

As you aware over the last week he has provoked arguments with a number of different posters including Col, Bobmid, Chaz to name a few, accusing at least two of them of racism again....He has provoked posters with comments about their beliefs and about their families in the “Barton” thread. Several of these posts were particularly offensive, and although we (Mods) do not like airing dirty washing in public I think this time we really have no choice., but to ban Queenslander.

 

Shame when it gets to this point with anyone, but from what I saw, there was very little alternative you had.
