Not sure if anyone saw the PL show that was broadcast last Thursday? Thought backroom glimpse (expose) of AFC B was a bit embarrassing: the pseudo scientific approach, hackneyed motivational quotes on the walls; the wheel of (mis)fortune player fine thing etc. It looked as tacky as it did 'try hard': almost trying to buy an image of a history of a bootroom or some sort of footballing school of science. When in reality, their only history is ****e, Luther Blisset and ****ing Redknapp. Don't get me wrong, I know a lot of clubs will have similar stuff, Howe seems alright and I know that they're dealing with footballers, who, by and large, are thick as schiese, but any brain led person watching must have cringed. That said, it looked like they'd spent a lot of dosh on the interior. Something that Howe never mentioned as part of their success.
